Dr. BK Nayak, PhD, is a seasoned technology innovator and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. He holds a master’s degree from IIT Kanpur, a PhD from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from MIT. His third venture, BodyIntellect.ai, is inspired by his personal experience with his father’s struggle to access health data and receive proper treatment in India, underscoring the need for integrated healthcare solutions. As the founder of Spikewell, a global company specializing in mobile-first, cloud-first, and AI-first software, he leads a team of over 70 professionals in India, servicing top-tier hospitals in the USA. Dr. Nayak holds 21 US patents, has authored over 25 scientific publications, and has previously held senior roles at Corning Incorporated, contributing to advancements in optical fiber technology.
